The dining room is just as pleasant, brightly lit and soberly decorated with a few colourful works of art. It will appeal to lovers of traditional cuisine, prepared using fresh, beautifully seasoned ingredients.

At the Roselières restaurant, you'll rediscover the pleasures of the table while paying tribute to our generous local produce. Le Richelieu continues the hotel's fine tradition as a café auberge. It has now become a restaurant dedicated to gastronomy, an essential stop-off point in the spa town of Saujon.
You'll have the pleasure of savouring the cuisine in the delightful dining room or on the pleasant terrace when the weather's fine.
